Ingredients
½ cup GFP cooked oat groats, (make ahead and keep in fridge)
2-3 cups fresh baby kale -and/or baby spinach and arugula
3 eggs (egg whites, or egg replacement)
cherry tomatoes – cut in half
Black lentils - Optional
1 teaspoon cooking oil of choice
salt and pepper to taste
Hot sauce of choice (optional) We love Lizano (Costa Rican veggie hot sauce
