Gluten-Free Prairie Easy Pumpkin Spice Muffins

but I’m just going with it.

We barely saw the leaves change this Fall as a monster Winter storm blew in yesterday.

Today much of the snow is melting off – but it seems to have taken a lot of the Fall color with it. And I’m still craving Pumpkin Spice – which of course is the official, unofficial flavor of Fall Basket filled with various packaged coffee blends on colorful autumn leaves.

On a very positive not, this means more time in the test kitchen! While I’m trying some fun new Fall recipes,  today I’m re-posting my Pumpkin Orange Spice Muffins. A family favorite here on the Gluten-Free Prairie.Freshly baked muffins in white liners on a fall-themed table.
