Hey, It’s National Pancake Day! What’s in your stack?

Check out this simple recipe to take Our Best Pancake & Waffle Mix to the next level:

1 C. Gluten Free Prairie Pancake & Waffle Mix

1 C. Buttermilk

1 Egg slightly beaten

2 tsp Blood Orange Olive Oil (sounds crazy, tastes amazing)

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1/2 tsp Almond extract

Mix all wet ingredients & then blend into Pancake Mix.

TIP: Preheat griddle to medium high for at least 5 min
