A bowl of creamy chicken and rice soup with a bag of al-purpose flour mix behind it.Today we’re hearing that the Shelter-in-Place rules are lifting a bit here in Montana. Does that mean we’ll be getting back to normal? What is “normal†anyway?

No matter what our New Normal might end up being, Spring will be here soon. But today I realize that I need a little more comfort food. You too? A dramatic cloudy sky over a green field with a wooden fence.And especially as Winter continues to duke it out with Spring – I’m thinking Chicken and Dumplings fits the bill.
