Super Cool Gluten-Free Ideas for Super Hot Days

And, like every year, just as we’re getting used to Sunset Picnics on the River, and long evening rides in clover, the reality is that the days are getting shorter, August is right around the corner which meansPerson standing in snow holding two wooden signs with drawings. this won’t be that far away….

But right now it’s 91 degrees! The Big Sky County Fair Week starts tomorrowA lively carnival scene with a Ferris wheel and food stands under a cloudy sky at dusk.

After a great day in the Bakery, I’m loving cooking and baking cool summer fare for friends and family. On the menu tonight:

Tropical Groat Salad:A bowl of mixed rice with black beans and vegetables.

BRATS IN A BLANKET. So simple using our Fresh Pizza Dough.

Grilled sausages wrapped in toasted dough with small American flags on top.

And for dessert: Strawberry Cheesecake with Granola Crust

A berry-topped dessert with a glossy red jelly layer and creamy middle.

Bonus! After dinner we’ll still have time for a Sunset Ride.Shadows of two horseback riders on a dirt road at sunset.
